WHAT TO EXPECT
AUGUST SESSIONS:
August tends to be a bit warmer and not as popular as the prime time fall sessions. However, they can turn out just as beautiful and the pressure of getting your "fall pictures" done in time is alleviated. In addition, I offer a $50 discount on sessions booked this month!
MINI SESSIONS:
Mini session dates, times, and locations are pre-determined. Please take a look at whether or not the AM or PM is offered and the location listed. These are great if you want to get your updated family picture done or your kiddos can't last during a full session. In addition, it offers an affordable pricing point and includes 10 images.
FULL REGULAR SESSIONS:
Most of the availability will be during the weekdays and a few weekend dates. These sessions offer the client a longer shooting time with a more story like feel with plenty of portrait and candid shots. In addition, we are able to hit on more backdrops/backgrounds with the extra time. This is great for kids who need time to warm up and/or including the animals. Clients get to choose the location! Images are sold separately.
BOOKING PROCESS

2. Complete the info form
3. Pay your retainer- All sessions below require a $75+tax non-refundable retainer to be paid upon booking. This is non-refundable and can only be transferred within 365 days of your initial booking date. This retainer is applied towards your session fee.
Your appointment will be not confirmed until you completed the entire 3 step process on my booking system.
If you find you cannot complete the online process or it freezes, there is high chance another client has already booked that date immediately, sometimes within seconds, before you. Simply refresh the page and choose a different date/time!
CONFIRMATION & NEXT STEPS
1. Confirmation Email- You should receive an automated confirmation email that your 3 step booking process has worked.
2. Welcome Email- You will received a thank you/welcome email with contract, updated invoice, and questionnaire within 1-2 business days- The Contract must be completed within 48 hours or your date/time will be forfeited. You may use your retainer for a different date.
3. We will be in communication regarding location, meet times, weather, etc. 1 week prior to your session you will received a reminder email to check in and solidify your appointment.
RESCHEDULING & EMERGENCIES
Emergencies and unplanned events do come up on occasion. Retainers can be applied to a rescheduled session 1 year from the initial booking date. No Shows will not be able to use retainers for other sessions. Please keep in mind that availability in the fall is EXTREMELY limited and weekday availability may be the only option by the time you reschedule.
Mini sessions can be rescheduled using another available mini session spot or they will be bumped up before a regular scheduled family session.
Please take the time to review the information below- only the family mini sessions include digital images. Regular family sessions require a session fee to be paid, then your digital or print products are purchased separately after you view your online gallery of proof images.

Regular family sessions are perfect for families who are seeking variety in posing and backdrops in their finished gallery. Attention to details, candid shots, and client choice of location are all perks of a regular family session. These are also great for younger children who may need more time to warm up to the photographer or mini breaks throughout the session.
-Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash and allowed at the location we are shooting.
-1 hour session included with client choice of location within 15 miles of Downtown Holly Springs. Locations further than 15 miles (within wake county) will incur a $25 traveling fee. Please contact me if you have concerns.
-Immediate family only.* **Extended family sessions (up to 20 family members)- add on $150.

PRIME TIME
Fall Regular Family Sessions
Regular family sessions are perfect for families who are seeking variety in posing and backdrops in their finished gallery. Attention to details, candid shots, and client choice of location are all perks of a regular family session. These are also great for younger children who may need more time to warm up to the photographer or mini breaks throughout the session.
-Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash and allowed at the location we are shooting.

Fall Family
MINI sessions
Family Mini Sessions are perfect to update your current family portraits and use for your upcoming Holiday cards. These 20 minute sessions are quick and simple and are more limited in backdrops and posing than a regular family session.
-They are great for older children who can follow quick posing directions. Please consider a regular family session if your child requires more time to warm up to new people!
-Pets are allowed as long as they are cooperative, on a leash, and allowed at the location we are shooting. Please remember, there is only 20 minutes of time for shooting. If you feel like your fur baby may need more warm up time, please consider a full regular session.
-These sessions start on time and end on time. It is important to arrive early and plan ahead- as I respect each clients time slots. If you are late, I cannot extend the time for you.
-Locations are subject to change due to events unknown at this time and/or location restrictions that may arise.
